After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Physics he committed himself to minister among the indigenous peoples of North India in 1978. He studied theology at Union Biblical Seminary and at Tamilnadu Theological Seminary and was was ordained in the Church of North India.
Along with mission work – primarily Church planting and development work among the rural poor – he was involved in publishing text books for theological colleges in Asia and teaching theology.
He has taught theology both at seminary level and at church level through The Association for Theological Education by Extension (TAFTEE) and Theological Education for Christian Commitment and Action (TECCA).
He joined the ministry team at Epiphany in December 2010, and established a Tamil Congregation in Doha. Fr Jebaraj is married to Felshi and they have two children, Immanuel and Sarah.
